Founded in 2005, SilPac’s Santa Clara headquarters serves customers throughout Silicon Valley and Northern California. The facility supports engineering, design, manufacturing, and integration of high-purity gas delivery systems used in semiconductor, life science, and advanced manufacturing applications.
Pflugerville, Texas
SilPac has supported customers in the Austin area since 2015 and opened a new manufacturing facility in Pflugerville in 2025. The facility features a 2,000 sq ft Class 100 cleanroom and dedicated production space for ultra-high-purity gas delivery systems supporting semiconductor and life science industries.
Scottsdale, Arizona
In 2025, SilPac opened its Scottsdale, Arizona office to support customers throughout Arizona and the broader Southwest region, providing local access to engineering expertise and responsive customer support. From this location, SilPac works closely with customers to develop high-purity gas delivery solutions, supported by the company’s design and manufacturing capabilities in California and Texas.
