Facility Overview
SilPac’s Santa Clara facility serves as the company’s corporate headquarters and engineering center, supporting customers throughout Silicon Valley and the broader West Coast technology sector.
SilPac designs and manufactures ultra-high-purity (UHP) gas delivery systems and industrial gas handling equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom environment for semiconductor, solar, life science, and aerospace applications.
