APTech Back Pressure Regulators
A back pressure regulating valve is designed to maintain an established pressure at its own inlet that is located upstream of the back pressure regulator. When the fluid pressure exceeds the established set point a valve opens to relieve the excess pressure. When compared to relief valves, back pressure regulators provide steady pressure control instead of on/off actuation.
